Q:1)Can I open multiple account?

No, do not create more than one account. Doing so will result in deactivation. 

Q:2)Is Livdat free to use?

 It is free to download and start matching. However, there are extra services which are not free that you can access by using Livdat Coins.

Q:3)Can I join Livdat if I am below 18 years old?

Users under the age of 18 is not allowed on livdat in order to protect the safety of underage users. So if you are under 18, please don’t try to create an account on livdat . If discovered, we have the right to ban and delete any underage user accounts.

Q:4)How do I report a user ?

We strongly encourage users to report any  fraud, pornographic or any other inappropriate content such as under the age of 18 years old, offensive conduct including but not limited to harassment, firearms, suicide/self-harming, bullying, violence, advertisements, scams, or infringement, you can report them on LIVDAT.We thoroughly investigate all of the reports we receive to keep our Community safe.

In order to report a user ,Tap on the 3 Dot icon in the upper right corner  of every profile there is a ‘Report’ button. If you choose to report someone, please select the option that best fits the nature of the report you wish to make. Alternatively, please use the category “Other”, to provide us with some brief feedback. Let us know if someone has asked you for money, or if they were rude or nudity .

Our team prioritizes reports that involve any form of physical risk, we promise to reply back as soon as we can.

Appropriate reporting is a great help in building a good community. Email us - [email protected]

Q:5)How do I block a user?

To block a user, please go their profile, select the 3 Dot icon in the top right corner of their profile and select 'Block or report'. Please note that blocking a user will stop their messages from reaching you, but the user will still be able to view your profile. we will first remove the friend from your friend list, and then prohibit the friend from sending you a video call or message .Of course, you can also do unblock of the friend by clicking  the Unblock  and Confirm you want to unblock.

Q:6)What is Goddess user ?

User who are all joined on Goddess wall its become a goddess user , It's free to join as goddess member. Benefit of joining Goddess wall : Goddess user earn 5 coins /min on video chat where normal user earn 1 coin /min. (Normal user who all are not join on Goddess wall).

Q:7)Why does no one reply my messages?

You can follow these tips to grab someone's attention and get more responses. 

1. Write more about yourself and what you're looking for. 2. Don't forget to add more photos. 3. The more personalized your message, the more likely others will respond. 4. Most people respond well to humor. Keep it light at first. Show them you are a fun person. 5. Try messaging more members. The more messages you send the better your response rate will be. 6. Sign in as often as possible at different times to meet as many different members as you can. 7. The most important thing is to be honest, positive, and patient while using this site. 

Q:8)What profile picture aren't allowed?

All of your photos must comply with our terms of use otherwise they might get removed. Please use appropriate and non-offensive profile photos that does not contain violence, nudity, or offensive/discriminating imagery,other inappropriate content, incitement to violence or hate, or photos of people under 18 If found to be inappropriate, we will remove your photo immediately . You also shouldn’t post photos  that you don’t own, which break copyright. If you violate our  terms of use , we may be reject profile picture or ban your account.When uploading a photo, please follow the rules listed below. 

Use only GIF, JPG (Jpeg), PNG, BMP or TIFF files. Photos should be larger than 300.300 pixels. - No illegal, Inappropriate outfit, Promotion of violence or hate ,Sexual reference or intention., offensive, pornographic, nude, racist, child alone, copyrighted or other photos that violate our Service Agreement. - No personal information (ie: phone numbers, license plates, email or web addresses, visible street address numbers, etc.), No contact information, - You must appear in your main photo. - Your photos will be reviewed. Inappropriate or low quality photos will be deleted. 

You need to be aware of these criterias;
1. Your face has to be visible in the photo.
2. Your photo has to be yourself, it shall not be fake.
3. Your photo shouldn’t be zoom photo. (not consist of nose, lips, mimics)
4. We do not accept child, animal, nature, actor/actress photos.

 

Q:9)How can I change my name?

Go to your settings  and click on the pencil icon  next to 'Your basic info'. Enter a new name and click 'Save' to confirm the change.

Q:10)How can I report an fake profile or inappropriate picture?

We moderate all photos uploaded to livdat, but very occasionally the wrong images slip through. If you spot an violence, nudity, or offensive/discriminating imagery, inappropriate or fake image , please notify us by clicking on the 3 Dot icon in the top right corner on the profile page , select report and select the reason why you are reporting this photo. select 'Block or report' and choose the reason ' Fake Photo'.we promise to reply back as soon as we can .

If you want to report some inappropriate behavior or profile picture , make sure to take screenshots  before blocking the profile otherwise you will not be able to provide proof or any abuse you may have suffered.

Q:11)How can I report a stolen photo?

If your photo is being used without your consent and you’re not a Livdat member, we can identify fake profiles more easily. We close down fake profiles and deal with scams as soon as we know about them so please send us the details by clicking on the support  within the app or submit a ticket on website at support page and attach all of the following so we can verify your identity:

  • A high quality and color image of one of the following: Government issued Photo ID, Driver's license, Passport, or Birth Certificate.
  • A high quality and color image of you holding your chosen form of ID next to your face.
  • A photo of yourself holding a handwritten note that reads Livdat Team Support and the current date. For example, Livdat Team Support 14/5/2020

You may cover up/censor any personal or sensitive information we don't need to verify your identity. 

Once we receive your submission with all 3 images attached, we will review it as soon as possible. If we successfully verify your identity we will remove the account.

Q:12)How does Livdat keep its community safe?

Livdat utilizes AI visual recognition software to monitor its community 24/7 to ensure livdat stays fun and safe for all users. The software algorithm automatically scans for inappropriate behavior (violence , minor , weapons , drugs and nudity much more ) on our platform and immediately bans any user with suspicious behavior. The AI software also conducts automated machine learning to improve its efficiency at identifying inappropriate users. We also combine the automated AI software with a team of human (not seals) moderators that reviews all banned and flagged activities in real time. We’ve a child online safety expert and an AI engineer to help us further develop the safety features in Livdat . We take the safety of our community very seriously and will ban any user that has been proven to be violating our community rules.

Q:13)I\'ve been banned. What does that mean?

We do everything we can to protect you guys, We use a combination of artificial intelligence and human brain to detect and lock suspected accounts .

Being banned means you are ban to enjoy livdat service like broadcast,video chat , etc depending on the offensive activity. Banned for 1 day, 7 days, 30 days and permanently, even they could have their device banned.

Q:14)What is the difference between a ban and a suspension?

The difference between a suspension and ban is that suspensions are temporary, Suspensions last between 1 day, 7 days, 30 days , depending on the offensive activity, while bans are permanent. Q:15)I\\\'ve been suspended. What does that mean?

We do everything we can to protect you guys, We use a combination of artificial intelligence and human brain to detect and lock suspected accounts .

If you are suspended, you are temporarily banned from using most of LIVDAT features as a result of a violation of LIVDAT rules. Suspensions last for 1 day, 7 days, 30 days, depending on on the severity of the offense.

Q:1)What are Coins?

Coins are a virtual currency of the Livdat platform.

Q:2)What can coins be used for?

Coins can be used for video call , sent gifts or enjoy any other service available on our platform.

Q:3)How to earn Coins?

You can earn Coins by checking daily on Daily bonus , Lucky draw, Refer and Earn and Earn on Video Chat (you can earn Coins by responding to other people's video chat requests).

Q:4)What is earn coins on video chat?

You can earn coins on video chat with other users on every mintues like Normal User get 1 coin /min and Goddess user get 5 coins /min.You can earn coins as long as you answer the incoming calls from  other people's. You can convert these coins into money. All you have to do is responding to other people's video chat requests

Q:5)How do I buy coins?

Go to the profile page and  Click on Buy coins. This will bring up the coins purchase page. Choose the amount you wish to purchase and complete your transaction to receive your coins.You can buy coins from your credit card , debit card or netbanking over in app purchases of Google Play or Apple Store and Paypal , Coins will be reflected to your account immediately.

If the problem occurs while buying a coin, you may fill out the Help Form to get support about the matter. We will solve your problem as soon as possible.

Q:6)I bought coins, but didn’t receive them?

When you purchase coins, they will automatically be added to your account. However, sometimes a network connection issue can cause errors or delays for your coins to appear in your account or re-login the app and whether the transaction was successful.

Q:7)Can I get refund these coins?

Coins in Livdat are not refundable. You may use the rest of your coins in upcoming calls or any other services.

All purchases of subscriptions or in-app items are non refundable. However, you can request a refund through your app store provider.

On iOS:

If you are an iOS user, refunds are handled by Apple. To request a refund through Apple please follow these steps:

Go to the profile page and  Click on Refer & Earn this will bring up the refer & earn page.Get your referral link and share this link to friends or social site to earn coins. when your refferals purchase any coin packages on every time you will be rewarded with the coins! Just click the camera icon ( above the start word ) on the app main page. Give title for your broadcast and once you ready for live click Go Live. Keep in mind, lives are visible to everyone. Before going live, please read the ' Term of Use ' to ensure you don't unknowingly violate them. Show your talents like singing, dancing, cooking , storytelling , magic , music  and comedy etc , cause Interesting broadcast can get more gifts.You’ll also be able to reward your favourite streamers with gifts to show your appreciation.

*Make sure you enable camera and microphone permissions.

Q:2)How to earn on live streaming?

Broadcaster (live streamer) can earn from Livdat app by performing their talent. Show your talents like singing, dancing, cooking , storytelling , magic , music  and comedy etc , cause Interesting broadcast can get more gifts.The viewers on the other hand will provide them with gifts and later Broadcaster can convert gifts into money .Under Convert Balance page , you will see options to cashout through PayPal, Skrill , Bank transfer ( India ) or Paytm.

Q:3)How do I gain more viewers in my live stream?

If you gain more viewers it help you to increase followers it will can help in earn more money as well.Let’s take a look at a few tips to  gain viewers on the Livdat App by talent showcasing.

* Set your profile and cover picture with clear and beautiful real person image will help you get more attention.

* Have clean background, proper lighting and nice audio equipment during your broadcast.

*Broadcaster image like wearing makeup can impress your viewers and keep proper distance between your face and mobile ,You can try to set up your phone using a tripod holder.

*Show your talents like singing, dancing, cooking, storytelling, magic, music  and comedy etc , cause Interesting broadcast can get more gifts.

*Stream at least two times in a day by going LIVE. It will help in informing your followers that you are active on the Livdat App.

*Use a good quality mobile phone with a good camera views and stable internet network connection. 

*Be interacting with your viewers actively , Be appreciative don’t take your viewers for granted, encourage them and announce their support when you receive gifts from your viewers. Read and reply to your viewers’ messages during live streaming session this will make great relationship with fans.

*Broadcast more sessions with a consistent schedule and let your viewers remember your broadcasting time.

Q:4)Guidelines for Live broadcasting?

In accordance with the guidelines required by Apple Inc. and Google LLC, we have a zero-tolerance policy and in our sole discretion have the right to remove and/or suspend any user account that violates these policies. Content in violation includes anything that can be seen, heard and/or referenced in any Live broadcast, broadcast title, images, and anything posted or contained in any profile.You have to be 18 years or older to broadcast at Livdat.

Dress Code for Broadcasters

·  A broadcaster has to be dressed up while streaming

·  It is forbidden to stream naked, even if the body of a streamer is partially covered with a veil or towel

·  Broadcasting in lingerie without additional clothing is not allowed

·  Chests, buttocks and external genital organs have to be completely covered with an opaque fabric

·  The bottom point of a cleavage ought to be not below the bottom of the chest

·  Swimsuits are only allowed in pools or nearby outdoor waters

·  Showering or bathing in a Live broadcast is prohibited

Nudity or Overly Sexualized Content

Any overly sexualized content is forbidden in Tango Live and could result in being banned from broadcasting and/or account suspension. Sexualized content includes: sexually suggestive or provocative activity which can include posture, and/or sexual behavior, sexually suggestive or provocative language, sexual services being offered which include escort services and/or filmed sexual activity.

It is prohibited to:

·  touch yourself or another stream participants' chests, genitalia, and buttocks area 

·  touch anything with your tongue

·  place to the mouth anything but food

·  show any sex toys

·  imitate sex whatsoever

Harassment, Hateful Speech, or Bullying are prohibited

This includes:

·  discriminatory or hateful remarks towards gender, religion or faith, race or ethnicity, age or disability, physical appearance, or sexual orientation

·  altering images of another individual shared with the intent to publicly shame or bully

·  profanity intended to hurt another individual

·  blackmail or harassment of any kind

Criminal Activities of any kind are prohibited

This includes:

·  any display of criminal activities

·  violence or harm towards people, businesses, property, or animals

·  illegal substances

·  usage or display of drugs and/or paraphernalia

·  violence or self-mutilation

·  threats of violence toward another individual

·  displays of child abuse, self-mutilation and/or bodily harm, or animal abuse

·  display and/or use of firearms or gun violence

Profile Content

Impersonation of any kind, pretending to be another individual with the intent to deceive others, using strangers' picture in a profile, stream preview picture or sending to someone is prohibited.
Posting any external links (except links to your social network accounts) and any payment information is prohibited.

By using Livdat Live, you agree to follow these simple guidelines. If any violation is found, you can have your account suspended and/or terminated. 

Q:5)Why has my Live broadcast been shutdown?

If your Live broadcast has been shutdown due to any violations, a temporary ban from Live broadcasting will be enforced. Repeated violations will result in longer temporary bans or account suspension.

Q:6)I have been suspended from broadcasting?

We do everything we can to protect you guys, We use a combination of artificial intelligence and human brain to detect and lock suspected accounts .

Live broadcasters must follow the guidelines for Live broadcasting. If any guidelines are violated, the Live broadcast can be subject to being shut down and enforced a suspension from Live broadcasting. 

That is for example: no insults, racism, copyright offenses, threats, violence, drug glorification, pornography, commercial advertising, harassment or fake profiles. 

If your account is suspend , you'll probably be annoyed and we understand that. Bear with us a bit, If you would like to appeal a suspension or ban, contact us via Email: [email protected] Please note that it can take up to 3 working days for a response.

Q:7)Why have I been kicked out of a live stream?

We're sorry that you've been kicked out of a livestream that you were watching. may be due to your inappropriate comments , misbehaviour activity or any other reason.

Live recordings belong to the owner of the livestream, so they have the ability to manage their audience and remove certain individuals from their live stream if they wish. 

Q:8)Under what circumstances will I be Suspended?

Your account will be suspended if you violate the Community Convention of Livdat. Please read below the detailed Community Convention before you go live reasons for account suspension can include:

·  hateful, threatening, pornographic, obscene, abusive, racially or ethnically offensive, libelous or defamatory content

·  content encouraging conduct that would be considered a criminal offense or bring forth civil liability

·  harassment to other users including continued unwanted contact, offensive use of language (public or private), displays of nudity

·  spamming channel posts (constant begging for people to add you, copy and pasting large comments, illegible writing, and etc.)

 

If you see violations, please report to us so that our censor can investigate the issue at once.

You can do this by tapping on the user's name or profile picture , navigating to the Report icon on the upper right corner of user's profile.

Q:9)How can my fans receive notice when I live stream?

Please remind your fans to turn on the Notification function by clicking on your profile page and click Bell icon to ON online reminder if online reminder Off.

Q:10)What kind of content can I broadcast?

Always stay positive, get involved and support others. LIVDAT is a community with love and support. Feel free to show your talents here like like singing, dancing, cooking , storytelling , magic , music  and comedy etc , cause Interesting broadcast can get more gifts.! Try to participate in-app games and activities as much as you can. You can also prepare popular topics and be open to viewers' interaction without violating our Privacy Policy or Terms of Use .

Q:11)why i can't send comment in live room?

1. Please confirm if you can not send comments in all the live rooms or you can not send comment in just one live room. If you can't send comments in all live rooms, it means your account is limited to do so.

2. If you can not send comments in one live room, means you are muted by the room broadcaster.

Q:12)How do I kick out or block disruptive/interrupting viewers?

In the LIVE page, tap on the viewer's name in the comments area , When the viewer's info pops up, tap Manage at left corner of the profile picture and tap Block or Kick Out.

Q:13)What happens when I report the guests?

If a Host reports a Guest due to inappropriate behavior, the Guest will not be allowed to enter the broadcast. There are 5 reasons to choose when reporting someone, Sexual abuse, Violence, Insults, Improper chat and Others.

Livdat strives to build a healthy community and allow everyone to feel safe. If there are any violation to the guidelines, restrictions will be imposed according to our internal regulations. These restrictions include stopping broadcasts or deactivating accounts.

Withdraw

Q:1)How do I withdraw?

You can withdraw your earnings at convert balance page. After your earning reaches the minimum payout limit you can make a withdrawal request through  paypal ,skrill, payeer , paytm, Bank (india). Your earnings will be paid to the withdrawal account  within 3 working days (the transfer will be according to your bank and market exchange rate, the currency unit is in dollars).Once you requested the withdraw , you can check the status of your request from 'Transactions' in the 'payout'.

Q:2)Why my withdrawal rejected?

Incorrect withdrawal or incompleted details may lead to rejection, once withdraw rejected your gifts return to your account. After you can apply for withdrawal with correct information.

Q:3)Are there any fee charged in withdrawal?

Livdat will not charge you any fees, however there still might be transaction fees from third-party ( paypal ,skrill, payeer , paytm ) payment platforms . You can visit third-party official website to learn more about their policy on transaction fees.

Q:4)How long will it take to receive my withdrawal?

Each withdrawal will be manually approved by Livdat Live staff for security reasons within  3 working days of receipt, but usually within 24 hours. However your Withdrawal request could be declined if your account had any suspicious activities or incorrect information.

Livdat reserves the right to set and adjust the Livdat gift-to-dollar exchange rate by submitting your cash out request, you accept our terms of use.

Q:5)What do i do if the withdraw given details is incorrect?

Please make sure your withdrawal information is correct to avoid wrong transcations .Livdat can only guarantee that funds are correctly transferred to the recipient account specified by the user. In the case that the user submits the wrong withdraw detalis its lead to loses funds, the corresponding responsibility is borne by the user.Therefore please make sure that the withdraw details you submit is completely correct.

Q:1)I'm not receiving notifications?

Please ensure that the notifications settings for Tango have been enabled on your Apple device. 

To enable notifications:

·  Tap on the Settings app

·  Tap on Notifications

·  Tap on Livdat

·  Enable Allow Notifications

·  Make sure 'Alert Style When Unlocked' is set to Banners or Alerts

You can also set your preferences for Show in Notification CenterSoundsBadge App Icon, and Show on Lock Screen.

Q:2)How do I use Livdat on my iPad/iPod?

If you already have a registered account, you can sync your account to your iPad/iPod by registering with your current phone number and email address. You can then use your account on both your mobile device and your iPad/iPod.For New user registering , register same like any  iOS mobile device.

 

Q:3)What should I do if App Store rejects my payment?

Please try the following methods if your payment was rejected by App Store:

1. Try a different payment method:

Open your device's Settings > Personal Information > Payment and Shipping > Payment Methods > Slide down and find Change Payment Method and tap Add New Payment Method.

 

2. Find unpaid bills and continue to complete the payments:

Open your device's Settings > Personal Information -> iTunes & App Store > Apple ID > View Apple ID > Purchase History > find unpaid bills and continue.

Q:4)I can\'t download/install Livdat on my device.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

1. If you are having trouble downloading the app, please click the link below to contact iTunes support 

2. 919 error occurs when your network is unstable, especially on wifi. We recommend using data when you download the Livdat app.

Account correlation

Q:1)How do I turn on/off notifications from livdat ?

Click on the cog icon in the top right corner of your profile page to open your settings, and scroll down to Notifications. Turn OFF any notification for push notification that you don't want to receive (not including some standard officials notification). You can turn them back ON at any time.

Please note that if the button is green, it means that the notifications are turned on. If the button is grey, it means that notifications are turned off.

If you have violated our Privacy Policy or Terms of Use for any activity deemed inappropriate on any account that you own, your account is subject to suspension and access to livdat may be revoked without warning.

Reasons for account banned or suspension can include:

·  hateful, threatening, pornographic, obscene, abusive, racially or ethnically offensive, libelous or defamatory content

·  content encouraging conduct that would be considered a criminal offense or bring forth civil liability

·  harassment to other users including continued unwanted contact, offensive use of language (public or private), displays of nudity

·  spamming channel posts (constant begging for people to add you, copy and pasting large comments, illegible writing, and etc.)

Q:3)Why is my camera or mic not working?

You must give Livdat permission to use your camera and/or microphone on your mobile device. Please go to Mobile Settings –> Applications–> Livdat –> Privacy, and make sure both camera and microphone are enabled.

Q:4)I cant see my friends chat in a video call or message and audio issues ?

We apologize for the inconvenience.

1.      Make sure you and your friend are running the latest version of Livdat or Reinstall .

2.   Make sure your friend hasn't accidentally added you to their Block list.

3.      If the video is freezing, check that you and your friend have a good and consistent network connection. Try calling when both sides are on the cellular network, and then when both sides are on a Wi-Fi connection to see if the network bandwidth is the issue.

4.   Make sure your friend has nothing obstructing the camera on their device like a case or screen protector.

5.    Have your friend force close any other apps that they aren't using that are running in the background and have them make sure that livdat is running in the background.

6.   Check that you have your volume set correctly and your friend hasn't accidentally muted their end of the call

7.    Try connecting a wired headset to both sides of the call (this should help a lot)

8.     Restart your phone and relogin your livdat app.

       9.   Make sure you have granted permissions to access your phone camera and microphone.

      10.  Make sure you have an active connection.

Q:5)Under what circumstances will my account be closed?

After your pornographic / gambling / criminal offense / drug-related behavior is warned, if it continues, we will block your account.

You are frequently reported by other users, we will also block your account.

Q:6)Why is my device being blocked from registering?

If your device is blocked from being able to register, it may be due to the following: You’re attempting to register from a device that has previously had at least one account suspended for violating the Livdat Privacy Policy or Terms of Use.

Those violations include, but are not limited to, the following:

·  hateful, threatening, pornographic, obscene, abusive, racially or ethnically offensive, libelous or defamatory content

·  content encouraging conduct that would be considered a criminal offense or bring forth civil liability

·  harassment to other users including continued unwanted contact, offensive use of language (public or private), displays of nudity

·  spamming channel posts (constant begging for people to add you, copy and pasting large comments, illegible writing, and etc.)

Q:7)How do I delete my livdat account?

1.       Go to your profile page

2.       Open Settings (gear icon on top-right)

3.       Enter Account settings

4.       Press Delete account

5.       Choose the reason and confirm your request.

After the request is submitted we will delete your account within several days.

Q:8)I can call and text someone, but they don\'t receive it?

If you're experiencing issues receiving notifications on your device, please try the following:

         · Make sure your friend hasn't accidentally added you to their Block list. If you have blocked someone, you won’t receive messages from them. Also, if you are blocked by another user, they won’t receive messages you sent.

·  Make sure you're running the latest version of Livdat or Reinstall.

·  Check to see that you don't have any background data restrictions enabled on your device

·  Force close any other apps running in the background, while making sure livdat is running in the background

·  Connect your device to another network connection. If you are connected to your mobile carrier's network, try connecting your device to an available Wi-Fi connection

· we recommend that you open the general settings on your phone and find the notifications settings there; depending on your device, it will most likely be called something like “Apps & Notifications”.  Go to Manage App or Notifications management  and find the Livdat app. Select App permissions & Make sure all permissions are given, and also check other permissioin to approve notifications such as allowing messages on lock screen and in the status bar. Now you should be able to see all of your messages even when not using the app

Q:9)I can't receive notifications livdat?

    Please confirm whether you have enable the Push permission from Livdat.

    How to confirm: Go to System Settings of your phone -> Manage App -> Livdat  -> other permissioin  to approve notifications.

Please make sure you have an active internet connection and the latest version of the app. If it still doesn’t work, please contact our customer support team.

Go to setting at top of the profile picture and click on the Notification , In there you can choose privacy setting which one to allow or disallow .

If you are login with third-party account (eg.Facebook , Google , Apple ) please log in your third-party account and change your password or contact the thrid-party account customer service for help.

Q:15)What should I do if I've experienced crashes, lags and delays when using livdat?

Device OS incompatibility, insufficient RAM and damaged software could cause these problems. It is recommended that you should try the following methods first.

1. Clean up livdat cache data:

Log in to livdat , tap your profile picture at the upper right corner to enter the setting page. Tap [Clean Storage], select the data you want to clean and tap [Clean] to continue.

2. Check if your device RAM is low, it is recommended that you should clean unused apps or temporary files to release your device's memory.

3. Check if you have the latest version of livdat. It is recommended to download our app on Google Play Store, Apple App Store or on Livdat official website Link

Q:1)Can I share my personal information on Livdat?

Never share personal information, such as your social security number, home or work address, or details about your daily routine with people you don’t know.

Livdat is not allowed to provide or request any personal information, and your only information that other users can see is information written on your profile.

 All users' personal information is valued and not sold / rented / shared to third parties.

We recommend that you keep conversations on the Livdat platform while you’re getting to know someone. Users with bad intentions often try to move the conversation to text, messaging apps, email or phone right away.

Q:3)Can I share financial information on Livdat?

Never share information that could be used to access your financial accounts. If another user asks you for money, report it to us immediately.

Q:4)Can I send money to other users on Livdat?

Never send money, especially over wire transfer, even if the person claims to be in an emergency. Wiring money is like sending cash, it’s nearly impossible to reverse the transaction or trace where the money went.

Q:5)How to avoid to get an account stolen?

1. Please do not buy or sell an account, don't disclose login information, and don't share the same account with others.

2. Bind your mobile phone;

 If your account has been hacked, please reset your livdat password as soon as possible.

Here are a few things you can do to keep your account secure:

1. Do not trust any messages from non-official account, and never click suspicious links in the messages.

2. Connect your livdat account with your phone number.

3. If you find your account is in abnormal state, please change your Livdat password as soon as possible, and connect Livdat account with your phone number.

4. If you can't log in via your connected phone number or socila login, please contact our customer service for help via Feedback.

5. Never buy or sell LivDaT account, never give away your login information (eg. way of login & password), and never share your Livdat account with others (eg. share your livdat accounts with others to support the hosts or to raise your livdat level).

We’re upfront in our community guidelines about what’s OK and what’s not OK on Livdat . We have a number of options if someone breaks the rules, including sending a warning, block content and suspending user accounts. 

Q:14)I’d like to report harmful / illegal content on Yubo (e.g. violence, drugs, racism, homophobia) – how do I do this?

If you see any content on Livdat that could be unsuitable for young people or potentially illegal, please let us know  click on the support page on website or app or mail us - [email protected] to report. We don’t tolerate this kind of content in the Livdat community and we take it down as soon as we become aware of it. We might also decide to block the content creator and, if they could be breaking the law.

Q:15)My Friend / Child is upset about some hurtful comments on Livdat – what action can you take?

In our community guidelines, we ask our users to respect one another and we make it clear that they shouldn’t intimidate, threaten or harass anyone. Please report any bullying or trolling so that we can warn the perpetrator about their behavior and take further action, such as suspending their account. You can make a report by clicking on the support page on website or app or mail us - [email protected] to report.

Q:16)Someone has set up a fake Livdat profile of me / my child / friend – can you remove it?

Q:17)I’ve found out that my child / friend / Other is sharing naked / other intimate images on Livdat – how can I prevent this?

Flirting, exploring sexual feelings and having relationships – a natural part of growing up – increasingly happens online. Your child/friend /other might not realize, however, that nude images could be passed on to other people without their consent and could be breaking the law. Naked and sexual images are not allowed on Livdat so, if you are aware of them being shared on the app, please let us know so that we can take steps to remove them. Report the images by clicking on the  support page on website or app or mail us - [email protected] to report.

Q:18)How do you deal with inappropriate or offensive language on the app?

We monitor the language used on livdat so, if we see swearing, emojis with hidden sexual meaning or other explicit languages that could be harmful , we take action. We message the user to warn them it’s not appropriate and we have the option to remove the content and block them. Please report inappropriate or offensive language on the app by clicking on the support page on website or app or mail us - [email protected] to report.

Q:19)My child / student is under-18 but has a Livdat profile – why were they allowed to do this and can you remove it?

Like many other social apps, we aren’t currently able to verify the age of our users at sign-up so it’s particularly important that young people are honest about their age. If we identify or receive a report about a potentially underage profile, our moderation team checks the profile and may decide to suspend the user’s account.
